I’ve had my eye on this toy for a while. They are so cute that words can’t describe them!
However, I real Wondering how it functions and feels. So, I finally got one.
Here’s what happened…
Disclaimer: Although I paid for the toy itself (using a discount code), Emjibator was kind enough to offer free shipping so that I could review the toy – since shipping, taxes, and additional European taxation is like a kick in the vagina with a steel-toed boot.
EMOJIBATOR Quick View
Their first product, the Eggplant Vibrator, was designed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and launched in 2016. They are a company that believes that “humor and education can promote a society that values happiness.” Their focus is on fun toys that make great gifts and are also suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Currently they have three sex toys: Eggplant, peppers and bananas. But they also have cases, nipple covers, notes, condoms, and other accessories.
Package
My banana came in a tiny makeshift box that was just big enough to fit the toy. There was no extra packaging as there were no charging cables or other gadgets, so the environmentalist in me was happy.
There’s no manual either, instead there are instructions printed on the packaging (and the same information is on the website if you throw away the box). This is a simple toy, though, so a thick manual isn’t necessary.
As for the design of the boxes, I wouldn’t say they are great or Not good – probably more towards the “novelty toy” feel. Considering their brand, I guess the best word would be “appropriate.”
carry case
I was pleasantly surprised to find a purple and black carrying case included with my purchase. Awesome!
If you look closely, you’ll see it has multiple uses – Toy Boxes and Sunglass CasesWhile people may laugh or roll their eyes at this particular solution, to me it proves that there is no reason why sex toy companies can’t come with some kind of bag for their toys.
It’s also worth noting that I was a little taken aback at first by the price tag ($7), which seems a bit high considering the mass production. However, I saw other cases of similar designs on Amazon for a similar price. So if this case looks a bit expensive, don’t buy it.
Data and details
Body-safe silicone – Yes, it passed the burn test with flying colors (as shown in the picture below). There were black charred and ash marks, not melted (melted means there were plastic chemicals or additives mixed into the silicone, which is not good).
So, don’t worry. You are putting something safe in your private parts.
aspect – Approximately 4.60 x 1.22 inches (11.6 x 3.1 cm). This isn’t a big toy. But then, it isn’t meant to be big.
Battery – It requires one AAA battery, which is removed by unscrewing the top of the toy. Inside you will find a plastic sleeve and a paper plate. Remove the paper plate so that the battery is accessible, but leave the plastic sleeve in the tube.
pattern – Three stable speeds (low, medium, high) and seven different modes.
waterproof – I was skeptical about this one, especially since I couldn’t see much of a seal after twisting off the cap. However, I dipped this little guy into a glass of water and let it run for a while. I wiped it dry and peeked inside…it was a dry mess.
I would say that it is important to make sure the top is tightened Correctly Before engaging in water play (and ensuring the item stays in place during play) to ensure the waterproofing is still correct.
Noise Level – The highest stable vibration occurs at 58-59 DC braking (My other “quiet” toys measure in the 60s to 70s.) This makes it a fairly quiet toy.
Use my banana
Explaining my particular taste in toys is just as important as it is a plethora of information – that way, when you shop for yourself you can at least make comparisons…
I love so much Strongdeep vibration (I have a Hitachi stick), and anything that stimulates the G-spot. I also have quite a collection of toys, so there are plenty to compare.
My Banana Vibe
First, Vibration intensity is “medium” (For me) More lively Instead of rumbling. In the first three settings (stable Low, medium, and high vibration (I’m not including modes here), with “high” being the first, lowest setting I’d go for.
None of this means it’s a bad design. Everyone has their own taste, and many people find it very useful. It just took me a little longer to find the sweet spot.
It is worth emphasizing that all of this is powered by just one AAA battery, which is pretty much as expected if you compare the power source to the motor. So we have to give a shout out to the designers for making the most of the hardware.
After some practice with the two lower vibrations, and then focusing on the third, steady setting (by “pressing” to get as many vibrations as possible), I was able to have a clitoral orgasm.
I personally never liked any of the patterns, but I would choose the fourth setting (the first pattern) as my favorite – a steady, fast rise/descent.
Internal stimulation is more challenging…
I don’t think this is a G-spot toy because of its length and curves. quite enough to make it ergonomic and easy to hold or use. In addition, most of the vibration is concentrated in forward This means that the intensity of stimulation at the tip of the banana isn’t as strong as it could be, and you end up with more widespread stimulation along the shaft of the toy.
Advantages of bananas
What I like most about this toy is its fun design. In the sex toy industry, it’s hard to make something memorable, but Emojibator has certainly done just that.
I am sure that if I opened my toy cabinet to anyone, this would be one of the first things that would catch their eye. I would also like to put it in the kitchen with other fruits so that it can play with it as much as it wants.
second, I’m glad to see this body-safe silicone And it’s really waterproof.
Third, I like everything to be simple and straightforward – one button, simple packaging and so on.
It’s also great for traveling if you want to bring a little something to add to the fun.
Disadvantages of bananas
Of the entire toy, I think there is only one weak spot…the button area.
After trying it a few times (sexually in the bedroom, non-sexually in the office), I discovered two things that worried me…
Firstly, the button on the top requires a “long press” to turn it on/off and scroll through the settings (which is normal for many toys), plus the silicone material is molded to the tip of a banana, plus the necessary long press ends up feeling a bit flimsy/spongy as the silicone moves or shifts around the button.
in short, It’s hard to know where the silicone ends and the button begins, and whether it will break off or damage the button or the device if pressed at an unexpected angle.
second, There are two cases where the button “fails” – Same result.
Pressing starts the vibration but then it stops immediately, or any pressure on the end will stall the motor. Any subsequent presses will still scroll the vibration and pattern, but they will die down quickly and the motor will stop.
I pressed it a few times to turn it on and off – and that seemed to solve the problem.
This could mean that I’m pressing too roughly, or that the on/off mechanism is too delicate (or both), but, I’d have to cut the toy open to check that out (I’m not ready to take that step yet – I want to play with it a little more before handing it over to the gods of in-depth analysis).
in conclusion
All in all, would I recommend this toy?
Yes I will.
But I want to offer some disclaimers…
First of all, this isn’t something that power queens who take pleasure in nothing more than whipping up a hurricane between their legs do.
instead…
The Banana Emojibator is the perfect clitoral vibrator for those who prefer something a little gentler, not to mention something fun and quirky.. It’s also great for people who are new to sex toys.
Second, the buttons need to be handled with care. Their toys come with a warranty, though, so I wouldn’t freak out, just be sure to read the fine print and keep your receipt just in case (which you should do any I will not be buying sex toys anyway.
Side note: The staff at Emojibator were very friendly and helpful with my order, so I don’t anticipate any issues.
Third, while the $29 price tag feels reasonable enough, the added shipping costs (and possible additional taxes, depending on where you live) may push the toy into a budget range that may be out of reach for some people.
Although it is easy to say, “$10 to $20 cheaper,” We need to remember that companies need to cover the costs of producing products, hiring people, and profits to invest in growth, marketing, etc. Working for a sex toy company, I understand that it can be difficult to maintain this balance.
solution?
If you can pay full price, You can still buy toys at reasonable prices (Especially compared to other things you can get for $30). However, if you like it and want it but don’t have enough money to pay for it all, I would look for a discount code or wait for a sale/deal.
EMOJOBATOR’s Fun Facts
In addition to extensive media coverage, they also appeared in an educational virtual reality game called “Lube River”, which debuted at Babeland SoHo in New York City.
Also, a little birdie told me that they are currently designing some new male toys, as well as other sex products besides female vibrators. I will keep an eye out for that!
