1 14 oz can condensed milk
12 chocolate sandwich cookies, mashed (add additional cookies for toppings if desired)
Prepare
In a large bowl, add the cream and condensed milk and beat until soft peaks form.
Add cookies and gently fold to combine.
Transfer mixture to baking dish. Top with additional cookies if desired and freeze for 3-4 hours.

Caramel Brownie

2 cups heavy cream
1 14 oz can condensed milk
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1½ cups brownies, chopped (can add additional brownies for topping if desired)
1 cup milk juice
Prepare
In a large bowl, add cream, condensed milk and cocoa powder and beat until soft peaks form.
Add brownies and fold gently to combine.
Add the milk and stir gently, being careful not to completely incorporate it into the mixture.
Transfer to baking dish and freeze for 3-4 hours.

Strawberry Cheesecake

2 cups heavy cream
1 14 oz can condensed milk
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup strawberries, stems removed and chopped
½ cup strawberry jam
4 graham crackers (add additional crackers for topping if desired)
Prepare
In a large bowl, add the cream and condensed milk and beat until soft peaks form.
Add cream cheese, strawberries and strawberry jam and mix well.
Gently fold the cookies into the mixture and transfer to a baking sheet (top with cookies if desired).
Freeze for 3-4 hours.

1 cup flour
½ cup butter
½ cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mini chocolate chips
2 cups heavy cream
1 14 oz can condensed milk
Prepare
Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C.
Spread the flour evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes to kill bacteria.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add milk and vanilla extract and stir until completely combined.
Add the toasted flour and mix, gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Use a small spoon to scoop out dime-sized rounds of dough and transfer to a baking sheet. Freeze for at least an hour.
