Double ended dildo/butt plug recommendations

There seems to be a shortage of toys that you can stick in both you and your partner. I’m looking for something like this, but made of silicone and not PVC:

Ideally at least 20″L, the large heads are nice, and something thicker than 1.5″D. Does such a toy exist?
