Have you had enough 9 to 5? How about learning to become a domme? We visited the Dominatrix School in London and sat down with Mrs. Kitty and talked about what we needed to rule the room.

Liverpool Street, London. Central line. The walk is short. Simple.
If you think that a sex dungeon must put a dirty alley in Soho, you’re very misunderstood. Studio X, home of London’s Dominatrix School, sits at the end of a row of terraced townhouses. There is no sign of a dungeon, no storytelling windows, just ventilation ducts, which can suggest that the cellar is not only used for storage.
That means this is very cautious. You won’t know what’s going on below the street level, and no one will feel suspicious if you carry a duffel bag full of bondage gear or sex toys.
Studio X
Go down the stairs and you will be forgiven for walking into the Bougie Spa or salon.
The reception room is spacious and not excited if you are nervous about your first class or want to hire a space to take photos. It can also be doubled as an elegant horizontal.
We are welcomed by Jonas, Inside the London Dominatrix Schoolwho gave us tourism facilities.
Besides the reception, there are two fully equipped play spaces and access to amenities including a small kitchen and a very clean bathroom with a walking shower – if you are hot and sweaty during a meeting, or if your meeting has Anything that is messy involved.
The main dungeons have dramatic BDSM gear, such as sex boards, surrounded by red velvet and mirrors. The original glass cabinet shows instruments of torture and joy, and the large backlit St Andrew’s Cross puts the X in Studio X.
Then there is the bunker room. Someone’s wine may have cooled here once upon a time, but with a wide wooden table, an old vaulted horse replacing storage racks, spanking and some old-fashioned decor, you’ll have a room with bulk role-playing potential. Oh, don’t forget the restrictive corner cage!
As you can imagine, a sadistic mother superior, a scene of military interrogation or taboo torture filled with shock games. It was perfect, and Jonas was eager to introduce us to one of the former students of LDS, now a resident of Studio X Studio X Domme.

Dominatrix School in London
The Dominatrix School in London (LDS) specializes in teaching female domination and BDSM and has shown individuals and couples more than 10 years of well-known and written ropes. Since 2018, Bondara has worked with them, and all students have “graduated” to get exclusive codes after receiving a 10% discount on Bondara’s purchase. It all started when one of the founders was encouraged to become Dominatrix, but nothing was found that helped her find her feet.
There is no place to train to be a domme. A Dominatrix let [the founder] Sitting at one of her meetings, but after that, she was basically told “you go there, walk away and do domme.” Do we both think that there is something we can do with training? Then, when we couldn’t find anything, we set up a basic website to test the water. The reaction is overwhelming.
Since opening in 2015, LDS has taught hundreds of students from all over the UK and international students from the US and New Zealand.
Chat with Mrs. Katie
The school’s principal (or Mrs. Katie, who should be the mistress) is an elite London American mistress with twenty years of experience that can perfect the art of domination. We are grateful that she could take the time to talk to us about her work at LDS.
What attracted you to LD and share your skills? I think the Prodomme industry is very competitive.
When I was about 22, I started Domme-ing, when my girlfriend I was dating “showed me the ropes”, but her counseling left a lot behind. So when I heard about the school [and I met Jonas] I’m not trying to figure it out, though “good, I wish I had this resource in my twenties.”
I’m not from a competitive place. Learning about such health and safety, your own safety, such as how to screen customers’ safety, I think as professionals, these are valuable replies we should share. I’m glad if our class gets you up and running and can do this professionally and make money. Then for the couples and individuals who are learning here, it’s great to share the skills I’ve used in the “real” world of BDSM, who can safely enter the bedroom.
I’m so happy to share my skills with people and learn from people – Kink is super creative. We’re always repeating it here, we’re teaching you one How to do something this only way.
What are the important qualities do you think good training should have?
As far as personality goes, I’m going to say, the biggest thing you need is to have empathy and a desire to take care of others. This is a very vulnerable space that people enter, so you need to have a good care obligation and want them and encourage them to enjoy the experience.
After that, it’s patient, especially if you want to be a professional. Sometimes people don’t quite understand that being pro-Nonatrix is definitely sex work. It’s a job, it’s a hard job and you’ll have to build it like any other business. I think there are a lot of people who think they will make a lot of money suddenly, but building a client and a client takes time.
LDS satisfies all kinds of experiences, do you often find newcomers misunderstandings about submissions and dominance?
The most common misconception when you enter a space is that you just yell at someone. Sometimes people don’t fully understand sentiment [kink] Often, and how emotional it is. You do connect with people on a human level, and the masochist/sadism element is a small corner for most people. It’s really about your thoughts and is connected to your thoughts. Usually, Dommes are the cutest and most beautiful people you can meet.
You don’t have to shout that someone is a strong dominance. However, the general misconception is that obedience is the weak. I always say that submarines are very powerful. I could go to a space with a stranger and say to me, “Do it to me!” It was amazing, it was amazing.
