Does anyone know of a good app-controlled stroker on Amazon?

I’m not writing this for me or my boyfriend, but because a coworker keeps complaining that he doesn’t have “game” and that the quality lovense strokers for stranger hookups are too expensive. Can anyone help me find one that fits his $40 budget?
