Do i need bluetooth on my pc for lovense?

Ok so im thinking about getting a lovense bcs a friend of mine hyped it up a ton, shes currently helping me with what to get and said that i should add the “usb bluetooth adapter” that was on the “customers also bought” so im just wondering if i need to have bluetooth already on my pc for it to work? (bcs i dont)
