Diskreet Air – any help?

Hi everyone, I recently purchased a Diskreet Air for my wife. Item received in good condition but it seems to just vibrate and has zero suction. Contacted Bellesa and they immediately sent me a replacement… worked exactly the same…. I know there is a failure rate, and this subwoofer seems to be of lower quality than Bellesa’s, but I think it’s unlikely that two of them have vibration, but no suction? This is not mentioned in the manual. Can anyone who has one of these help me figure this out? Thank you!
