Cheap vibe that’s quiet?

Hi, I’m looking around right now for a new vibe after accidentally leaving my old one behind in a move. I don’t have much to spend so I need a cheap one, but the place I’m staying has thin walls and the bathroom isn’t the most “secure” location. I’ve seen a few quiet vibes be suggested on here, but they’ve been described as “rumbly” vs “buzzy” and stuff like that? Not sure exactly what that means- not to mention most are just plain expensive. Looking for any suggestions that’re just cheap and quiet- as long as it’s above the strength of a Walgreens back massager I’m sure the power will suffice. Any suggestions?
