Can you recommend a vibrator that’s good for sex?

Ever since my fiancée started taking a certain medication, she’s had a hard time orgasming with PIV, and sometimes can’t orgasm at all. I’ve learned that this is common for a lot of women anyway. Now she pretty much needs direct clitoral stimulation with a vibrator to orgasm.
