Can condoms with silicone-based lubricants be used during intercourse?

My boyfriend and I recently bought a Satisfizer Pro 3 and we love it. The company recommends using a water-based lubricant because silicone-based lubricants may damage it. So, can pre-lubricated silicone-based lubricant condoms be used with toys at the same time? We don’t want to damage the toys at all, so is it necessary to start using water-based lubricant condoms or non-lubricated condoms?
