Best T-base dilator?

so i keep watching [B-vibe glass dilator set](I was wondering if there are any dilator kits out there that are exactly like this, except with a T-shaped base instead of a round base. It’s like the girth of the whole thing stays the same, instead of the girth narrowing leading to the T-base, it That’s it straight to the T base, like this: c===| if that makes sense, but is there anything like that because I want to be able to stretch while wearing it all day like I can tuck in but That won’t be possible. It’s also possible without the T-base because the round base of most dilators doesn’t open up enough and if I wear it and stuff, it could cause the dilator to go all the way inside :/
