I ordered from them about 2-3 weeks ago and yesterday was the estimated delivery date but when it was supposed to arrive around 150 I was out the door at 2 to pick it up. It has not arrived and I have emailed the company and they don’t seem to be responding and I am concerned that the email they sent me was not the correct one. It was supposed to arrive around 230 but I had a hunch and the door opened at 2 and when I checked my phone it said it had been delivered. No one knocked on the door or did anything. Does anyone have contact info for this company? Also, is it weird that they gave me tracking info the same day it was delivered? Apparently they shipped it 3 days ago. They just didn’t send me tracking info or anything.
