BeMoreKinky App Review – Miss Ruby Review
An app that lets you explore your fantasies, kinks, and preferences with your partner. Read on for my BeMoreKinky app review!
BeMoreKinky App Overview

BeMoreKinky is a relationship-focused app that helps couples explore, communicate, and better understand their (and each other’s!) sexual preferences. It does this through guided quizzes.
The app assumes (perhaps correctly) that these real-time conversations can be awkward for couples. By providing a structured, low-pressure way for couples to explore their sexual and kink preferences (including their boundaries), the app helps eliminate awkwardness and any guesswork/assumptions about how their partner feels about certain kink. BeMoreKinky treats role play, kink, and dirty talk as a shared, non-judgemental mutual exploration designed to make conversations about sex more approachable.
The app is free to install and gives you access to quizzes and profiles across multiple categories. However, some are reserved for premium members. Luckily, if you purchase a premium membership, your affiliate partners will automatically receive premium memberships as well.
From what I understand, this app is primarily for people who want to deepen their connections or rekindle sexual curiosity in their relationships. BeMoreKinky’s core promise is to transform private preferences into meaningful conversations.
Why a quiz-based approach?
A quiz-based approach might sound cheesy or like something from an old Cosmopolitan magazine, but it works. The app offers you a huge collection of quizzes (divided into different broad categories such as sensory play, domination and praise, devices (i.e. sex toys), bondage, role play, fantasies, etc.). Each category has several subcategories (i.e. “Role Play” is divided into quizzes on Flirty Role Play, Taboo Role Play, Powerful Dynamic Role Play, and Fantasy Role Play).

These quizzes will guide you through a series of safe, structured, low-pressure questions. Each question provides you with an activity and you simply rate your interest in it (X, ? or ) to indicate “no”, “maybe” and “yes”! After completing each quiz, you can review your answers. Your answers will appear in your partner’s app, and the answers to the quizzes they completed will appear in the Partner section of your app.
Honestly, it works. This removes the pressure of talking about sensitive or potentially embarrassing topics on the spot. It also helps to normalize kinks to some extent – it certainly helps reduce the shame and anxiety you may have around certain kinks, making it easier to engage in topics you might otherwise shy away from.

As you can see above, there’s a lot of room to explore, from barely wacky to strongly kinky.
agree

I would like to point out that I like that this app emphasizes the importance of consent and mutual interests. There’s a full quiz on how you like to set boundaries. This is so important and I’m glad to see BeMoreKinky emphasizing consent as an important and non-negotiable foundation. It wasn’t added as an afterthought – the creators of this app have clearly made it a priority.
That’s not to say that non-consensual fantasies aren’t included in the app – some quizzes will assess your interest in non-consensual, unwanted, blackmail, kidnapping and more fantasies. What I am saying is that the app reminds users that you can engage in these types of non-consensual fantasies If you and your partner have a mutual interest and agree.
Use apps and collaborate
Using the BeMoreKinky app is very simple. You log in, click a few privacy policy boxes, and start building your profile and preferences. There are clear instructions. To link to your partner’s account, you simply generate a unique code through the app, which they can insert into their terminal and voila! From there, you can see each other’s preferences and quiz results. You can also create a game suggestion for your partner (kind of like a calendar invite), and there’s a button that lets you indicate to your partner that you’re in the mood

test
At this point, here is the category for the current quiz. Each quiz asks you to rate your interest in activities, phrases, actions, and more.
Please note that some quizzes are only available to Premium members.
- Submissive Names (Quiz with degrading female titles, degrading male titles, and cute names)
- Sensory play (position, sensory play, impact play, temperature)
- Training (contains quizzes on firm training phrases, hard training phrases, gentle training phrases, soft training phrases and substitute soft training phrases)
- Soft Dominance and Praise (includes quizzes on soft dominance, complimentary phrases for your dom, and talking to your soft dom).
- Mind Games (includes quizzes on humiliation, service, discipline, chastity, chastity phrases, anticipation, and position and presentation)
- Sensibility (contains quizzes on marks, romance and food)
- Non-monogamy (contains quizzes on group play, cuckolding, cuckold phrases and exhibitionism)
- Equipment (Quiz on Toy Preferences)
- Bondage (Quiz on Beginners’ Bondage Preferences)
- Role Play (includes quizzes on preferences for Flirty Role Play, Taboo Role Play, Power Dynamic Role Play, and Fantasy Role Play).
- Dominant Name (Quiz on your preference for what you want your dom to be called)
- Fantasy (includes quizzes on costumes, breeding play ideas, replacement breeding phrases and maternal breeding phrases).
- Private Thoughts (this allows you to create a custom event to share privately with your partners)
Another thing to note is that each quiz can look at whether you are a Dominant or a Submissive. This changes the wording to make it more relevant to you.
I’m sure this will change and evolve. But as of this month, those are options.
Create your profile

BeMoreKinky also lets you create your own profile. It’s less about what sexual activities you’re willing (or not) willing to engage in and more about what’s going on in your brain at the moment. It’s more specific and detailed, giving you (and your partner) a real sense of what your pleasures are. That is, not just “do you want to hit your partner,” but asking you to rate how much you’d like to see marks or bruises, etc.
There are so many sides, from aftercare needs and BDSM orientations to exhibitionism, age play and gender play. You can select which profiles you want to execute (and ignore profiles that you’re definitely not interested in).
aesthetics
I’d like to add a note about aesthetics. The artwork is beautiful. It has a dark, brooding feel to it, but not scary. It’s not pornographic or visually explicit, but it’s still sensual.
privacy
Given the sensitivity of these issues, obviously I’m concerned about privacy.
I asked the app creators what kind of user data they had access to, and this was their response: “Due to the sensitive nature of these data, the data collected were extremely sparse and confusing. If someone registers using an email, the email is stored to allow the user to log in, but is not disclosed outside of the authorized service. We also do not collect age or specific location. Everything is also encrypted during rest and transit. “
Their website explores their security further here. Honestly, I’m happy with it.
limit?
One thing that may be problematic for some people is that you can only add one partner connection at a time. While this doesn’t affect me personally, I can see it being frustrating for polyamorous people. Hopefully the ability to add multiple partner connections at once will be added in a future version.
BeMoreKinky App Review – General Thoughts
Honestly, this is a great app. This is a great idea, and it’s helped my partner and I talk about some of our own desires that we’d been too embarrassed to bring up (yes, this even happens to sex bloggers!). I was worried it would feel gimmicky or sleepy, but it doesn’t. It’s a practical, helpful relationship aid that can help start important sex conversations. I highly recommend it.
