Bellesa is not very reliable

Just purchased a couple toys from bellesa and had a very bad experience. I was trying to get some deals through a sponsored offer that a YouTuber I like was doing with bellesa, but I don’t think the discounts actually materialized or were misleading. Turns out they attached a toy they said was discounted to the end of my purchase, but apparently it was a separate offer that I couldn’t combine with the code I was already using. This wasn’t made clear because the order total was only $84 total, and then I later received a receipt in my email for $150. Nowhere in my original purchase did it say I would be paying full price for both toys. I contacted customer support because my order hadn’t left their state yet and they told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve seen other reviews with similar issues and I hope that by posting this, more people can avoid worse experiences.
