Basic understanding of love addiction

Happiness is a butterfly, when we chase it, it is always out of reach, but if we sit quietly, it may fall on us.

Healthy, intimate, romantic love is a beautiful thing. Unfortunately, love addiction—the endless, compulsive, dysfunctional pursuit of romantic satisfaction—is not. When a person is preoccupied with falling in love and/or being in love, like a love addict, they tend to engage in highly regrettable behavior – just like alcoholics, drug addicts, gambling addicts, money spenders Like addicts, sex and porn addicts, over time love addicts inevitably experience the same basic consequences as all other addicts: depression, anxiety, lowered self-esteem, relationship breakdown, job or trouble in school, physical and/or physical decline. Emotional health, financial difficulties, loss of interest in family, friends, hobbies, and other previously enjoyable activities.
