Bad Dragon Custom Orders Ship Time? How Long?

Hi all, this question is for those who have made Custom Orders in the past from Bad Dragon. How long do they take to ship, from the point you order something custom? A month? Do they give you a lead time/ fast turnaround? Thanks!
