Artificial Intelligence Sex Robots Can Inspire Your Kinks and Weird Fantasies Faster

Sexual shame does not exist in AI games.

New data shows that weird fetishes and eccentric kinks are not only popular with artificial intelligence, but also arousing people who regularly ask chatbots to fulfill their naughtiest NSFW fantasies.

“AI doesn’t push back, it doesn’t challenge you, and it doesn’t require an emotional presence,” Michael Salas, principal analyst and licensed therapist at Vantage Point Counseling, explained in the report, noting that robots, unlike humans, can embrace some of the most lustful and intense desires of their human partners without hesitation or discomfort.

“Without shame-based friction, people move into more intense or novel sexual explorations [with AI] Salas writes, “Generative models can instantly learn preferences and amplify them.” This creates a feedback loop in which the fantasy expands faster than the user’s ability to moderate or contextualize the experience. “

The analysis explores how artificially intelligent companions could reshape humans’ most carnal behaviors and desires, looking at an August 2025 systematic review of 23 studies by Singaporean researchers. Investigators noted that romance bots are programmed to “meet and satisfy any needs and preferences – from acting as a confidant to engaging in erotic role play.”

“AI can generate endless scenarios, identities or fantasies without the need for emotional processing. This removes the natural psychological limitations that typically regulate sexual exploration,” Salas explains.

People in romantic relationships with artificial intelligence partners such as Replika and Xiaolce may take it a step further and “engage in sexual experiences with them as a means of exploring intimacy or satisfying sexual desires,” research experts said, noting that it can satisfy varying degrees of heightened passion as a “viable alternative” to real-life hookups.

“When sexual behavior is linked to emotion regulation, especially through a system without limits, it changes the way desire develops,” Salas said. “That’s why we see compulsive patterns emerging more quickly than with traditional pornography.”

The growing fascination with computerized lovers has led to a 200% surge in sales of AI companion apps in the first half of 2025, laying the foundation for the rise of “digital threesomes,” which are expected to be one of the hottest sex trends in 2026.

Global erotica retailer LoveHoney has found that digital threesomes – intimate relationships between two people and technology – are popular among sexually active and adventurous members of every generation.

Insiders revealed that 15% of adults have started engaging in taboo conversations with chatbots, including 25% of Gen Z and 26% of Millennials. According to the study, a whopping 18% of Zoom users even admitted to using their phones during sex with their partners.

But Salas says the biggest concern isn’t the sophisticated technology itself, but how easily it can replace the complex emotions people rely on for healthy sexual development.

“When sexual expression is disconnected from real connection, it becomes harder for people to return to relationships that involve vulnerability and repair,” he said. “The risk is not that AI will replace human partners. Rather, some people stop seeking the intimacy that helps them grow. “
