Are there any toys similar to the Arcwave Ion that you would recommend?

Hi, I use the arcwave ion regularly, bought two in a year, the new one is a bit broken, the loading station is broken too. It won’t load like the old one. So I’m looking for a new toy, but I really like the way the ion works. I don’t really care for the “sucking” of it, the vibrations are the biggest turn on for me. Also, I can hold it in my hand and move it up and down myself which is great. I think I need to get another toy like this. I don’t like the manta etc because they just attach to the penis, I need something that goes around the penis, preferably something I can stroke like the tenga flip zero which I also used a few years ago, but I’m really not sure if I want to get another one because the vibrations are a bit weak.
