Anal Vibrator

I bought an anal vibrator with a remote so that my wife can control it. Unfortunately, it doesn’t stay fixed inside me very well, so once the vibrator is on, it tends to slide out of my body. Obviously, buying another toy that can be fixed inside the body is an option, but I was wondering if anyone has found a way to keep your toy from sliding out so that I don’t have to grab it awkwardly with one hand. What methods have worked for you? Do you have any suggestions for ways to keep her in full control of me while the toy is inside me?
