Anal strapless

I’m a transgender male who is about to have anal surgery. I’d like to use a strapless strap-on, but I’m too dysphoric to put anything in my vagina. Are there any strapless strap-ons that are suitable for anal insertion? Edit: The strap-on part dysphoric me, which is why I’m looking for a strapless option.
