Anal plugs Question

Does no one that wears butt plugs regularly worry about the end of the plug working its way to fully slipping into the ass, then being difficult to remove? Does this happen or am I just being paranoid?

And if this does really happen, what do you do? Are some butt plug designs better than others at preventing such instances?
