A patterned clitoral sucker?

I currently have a Satisfyer Pro 2 which is nice but I’m getting less and less sensitive to it. I’d like one with different vibration modes, not just intensity levels. Preferably a handle like the Satisfyer. Also only external. I prefer Amazon but will look elsewhere. $50 or less but could go a bit higher.
