A little disappointed with the We-Vibe toys

I really don’t want to be criticized for this, but I guess I just needed to vent. I bought Tango and Melt to treat myself as I’ve been using the tasty treats for years and doing a lot of research. I like sturdy toys with long battery life. If I’m doing something wrong, please tell me. Tango becomes unbearable after about 10 minutes of use on medium-high settings. Apparently the warmth is normal, but it feels very uncomfortable, even though I like the shape and rumble. But it was this warmth that killed me. The meltdown was disappointing, mostly because of the application and I guess because I was hoping for too much. I didn’t realize there were so many issues with the app before purchasing it. I bought this toy to use with my boyfriend via the long distance feature on the app but so far it has only worked once. While my iPhone couldn’t connect to my partner, the Android phone I dug out for this toy kept losing connection with it and didn’t work over long distances. I’ve tried just about everything, even customer service doesn’t help :/ Speaking for myself, I enjoy tinkering with the settings, but the toy overall feels a bit…weak? Whenever I reach an orgasm, I am able to maintain it for about 2-3 seconds before losing it again, and with the feeling of satisfaction, I can enjoy the feeling of orgasm for a long time. I just feel like the feel of Melt doesn’t really hit home, like they don’t “fit in”? No matter how I place it or what I do with it. I don’t know if I did something wrong but it feels like I wasted my money and I’m a little disappointed in the product. I know they must be useful to a lot of people, and I hope they are useful to me, but after a month of trying and reading, I’m unfortunately very tired of them all 🙁 Of course, suggestions are appreciated, but yeah.
