“Cinderella Rules” is a life that can be given to you

When you don’t have chicken running around like a chicken all day, getting your job done at work or tending to need a child, sex sounds like the last thing you want to put your last little energy into practice.

That’s why some couples choose to follow the “Cinderella Rules” to keep things in the bedroom thriving – without burning.

Basically, it’s a strategic combination of setting boundaries and placing gender.

Subway sex and relationship journalist Alice Giddings said in a recent story that she swears about the rule.

“Just set a cutoff point in your mind because when intimacy will no longer appear on the card – that way, you don’t have to worry about exhausting the next morning,” Giddings explained.

“My ‘turned pumpkin’ cuts are 10:30 pm, ideally, it’s when lit up and down snoozeville. This means the deadline for the start of my intimacy is the latest 10:10 pm…”

“However, many hours before that, you can give your partner signs of sexual behavior on the card at night, but mention the cutoff point.”

She claims that the rule gives couples something to expect and knowing that the sexy clock is ticking to help build expectations.

Giddings isn’t the only one who likes the sex meeting she planned.

Jay and Sofia Lyons are a couple who say giving up time on the calendar has improved their marriage, which has left the duo together for more than 31 years and happy.

“This has increased our relationship a million times,” Jay told the Post. “It’s the glue that makes your marriage end – it’s hard to get married when you have sex often.”

Since the early 1990s, the couple has arranged Hannie’s clumsiness – they got married and had two children.

Even like Jenna Bush Hager and Amy Schumer, even celebrities admit to spending time doing things.

Nick and Vanessa Lachey have a designated day: “Wednesday – Hump Day.”

“Spontaneity is not the only way to do good sexual behavior,” Virginia Sadock, director of the Human Sexual Behavior Program at Nyu Langone Health, told The Post.

Experts point out that the steaming inner sex that happens in the movie is unrealistic, especially for two people who live a busy and demanding life.
