Best Day Trip in Osaka on Train
Osaka City is one of three attractions when it first visited Japan, and there is good reason. As Japan’s cultural capital, Kyoto needs little introduction and is likely already on your list. Among the most popular trips in Osaka, just 15 minutes from the city, just 15 minutes by Shinkansen (Shin-Osaka Station to Kyoto Station), 30 minutes to an hour, can be reached via JR Tokaido Rapid or local trains (Osaka tails (to Kyoto Station) to Kyoto Station), or about the Hankyu Failway Trains (Osakyu Trains) (Osaka-umumeda Station) or about one hour away.

Nara’s Holy Deer

Nara City is known for its sacred deer and many UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and it is another attraction for tourists – from the Jr Yamatoji line (departing from Osaka Station via a fast train) or the Kintetsu Nara Line (Osaka-namba-Namba-nara Station to Kintetsu Station to Kintetsu Station to Kintetsu Station to Kintetsu Station to Kintetsu Station to Kintetsu Station to Kintetsu Station to Rapid Express Express Train).
As Japan’s first permanent capital, Nara holds some of the country’s most respected and legendary cultural sites. Kobe is a sophisticated port city known for its blend of quality cuisine and engaging culture, making it an effortless trip to Osaka: Shinkansen (Shin-Osaka Station to Shin-Kobe Station) within 15 minutes. There are many other slower ways to get to the Kobe area train stations from various Osaka sites. Hanshin mainline, Hankyu Kobe mainline and JR Kobe series will take you from city to city in about 30 minutes or below.
Explore the charming Kitano-Cho district with historic western-style houses and a long CAFandLike Nishimura Coffee and Freundlieb. Nearby, enjoy stunning views of the city and the bay from the mountaintop flower paradise. At night, the beachfront view must be on the vibrant food stalls in Meriken Park and Nankinmachi Chinatown.

Byodoin Temple

In recent years, UJI has become increasingly well-known worldwide and is the birthplace of matcha. UJI is located in the southern part of Kyoto Prefecture, about an hour from Osaka, passing through the Keihan main line and the UJI line (from Yodoyabashi or Kyobashi Station, Chushojima Station needs to be transferred). Also, you can reach UJI through the JR Kyoto series and JR Nara series (Osaka or Shin-Osaka station) and reach Kyoto station Kyoto station and Uji Station). The route will take about an hour.

Located at the foot of the Osaka Mountains in northern northern Osaka, Minoh is known for its rich natural beauty and tranquil residential areas. From Namba, Shinsaibashi or Umeda Station to Minoh-Kayano Station, take the 30-minute subway by the subway.
Minoh Waterfall is the most famous landmark in the city and it is a stunning sight throughout the season, especially in autumn. Himeji Castle

himeji One-day tour to Osaka is mainly due to its magnificent Himeji Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Japan’s most beautiful pristine castles. With Shinkansen you can get to Himeji Station from Shin-Osaka Station in 30–40 minutes. You can also take a special express train from Osaka Station on the JR Kobe line (about one hour) or from Hanshin Osaka-umeda Station to Sanyo Himeji Station (about one hour and 40 minutes).
In addition to exploring the Himeji Castle itself, visitors can also stroll through the tranquil Koko-en gardens, nine traditional Japanese gardens that offer picturesque views. Engyojithe mountaintop temple seen in the movie The Last Warriorit is also a must-visit for history enthusiasts. The area around the castle offers opportunities for souvenir shopping and enjoying local cuisine, then go back to make it an unforgettable and memorable excursion.
