Christmas is over and we’ll now be inundated with “Year in Review” stories.

Why don’t you review the year with your wife? Take some time to discuss the good and the bad of 2024. Discuss how to avoid making the same mistakes again. If there is something bad that cannot be avoided, discuss the best way to deal with it. In short, make a smart plan to make 2025 better than 2024.

Then make it a monthly habit. Set a hard date on your calendar. If you can, do it at a local coffee shop. This doesn’t have to be a long date.
