Coconut oil as lube

Hi everyone, we would like to start using coconut oil as a lubricant for anal sex. I ordered some and found 0.05g of salt in 100ml. Now I checked again and found some with 0 grams of salt too. Can salt harm the anal area in some way? Can’t find anything on Google. Thanks:)
