Tunnel plug problem

[I am purchasing a tunnel plug to use with two of my favorite dildos. However, the measurements listed on the website are a bit confusing. It specifies the minimum and maximum circumferences available, as well as the bore “circumference.” What confuses me is how much smaller the bore is. Basically, I want to use an Artemis 80 and a Leo 1x with tunnel plugs. Their dimensions are 8 inches in circumference (2.5 diameter) and 7.3 inches in circumference (2.3 diameter). Can I only use very small toys with these plugs or is the description misleading? If it helps, the maximum girth I could go with is about 10 inches.
