My Vixskin is tacky

I don’t remember if it was sticky when I got it, but do I need to worry? I also checked their website and it says “Our exclusive formula contains silicone lubricants (like those used in the most popular silicone lubricants) suspended between molecules for a truer feel and greater elasticity.” So I wonder if that’s why it’s sticky. It doesn’t leave a noticeable residue on my hands.
