Problems after using male masturbators

I always make sure to clean my masturbator with soap and water. But I used it a few days ago and am not sure if it was cleaned. I am pretty sure I did not ejaculate in it the day before, but there might be residue from the coconut oil I used as lube. Now, I have had a weird itching on my penis for the past two days. No rash or redness. Should I be worried?
