Help shake the ball?

Has anyone used the rocking balls? I’m trying out a set for the first time today and wanted to get other people’s opinions. The reviews I’ve read on these products (Fifty Shades of Grey Stainless Steel Rocking Ball, silly I know) all talk about the rocking sensation but I don’t feel it. Is it different for every vagina or does anyone have any tips, experiences or other recommendations?
