Clitoris Sucking During PIV

The only way for me to orgasm is with the Womanizer during PIV. But the handle is a bit large, gets in the way of his legs and our groins a bit depending on the position, and it can’t be used while prone. We mostly use PIV, either prone or vertical, with me on my back and him on my side. Any suggestions for something that would work specifically for this application? I bought the Womanizer many years ago, so it’s an early version.
