Nu Sensuelle Triple Action Trinitii suction not working

I recently started using this toy and I think water must have gotten into the hole at the mouth of the device because the suction is not working at all. When I press the button it lights up and makes a slight vibrating sound but there is no suction. I know that water damage may render the toy or this part of the toy unusable but I wanted to check and see if there is a way to fix it.
