Finding new toys

I (m36) want to buy a new toy. My toy no longer connects to my phone. My criteria are: 1- can be controlled by app 2- app quality (easy to find people to play with, no scams, no connection problems…) 3- can be worn in public 4- easy to clean 5- low noise 6- (optional) allow anyone to control it without approval. I’d like to know your suggestions or your bad experiences with certain products. Come on
