Just got a Creature Cocks Toy, Raptor Reptile Stroker, but…

So I just got a new massager in the mail today and I can’t wait to use it. But I’m also not quite sure how to clean it when I’m done. Considering it’s made of TPE, should I just use hot water, dish soap, and a microfiber towel, or should I also use a long brush and antibacterial products to clean it?
