Newbie, lots of questions

Hi, I’m a not-too-young male who has never used sex toys before. I just came back from Japan and wanted to buy some there. Here’s what I bought: I browsed the r/SexToys wiki and have some questions. 1. I’ve only used the second Fleshlight on the left, but maybe because I didn’t wash my penis or do something else afterwards (not sure), 2 red bumps appeared under the glans under the foreskin. Not really sure what the material of this one (and the one in the middle) is, but it feels a bit greasy to my hands. According to the wiki, maybe it’s a toxic substance and I should use condoms, or not at all? Sorry, I don’t know anything about these things. 2. For the Tenga/Tenga spinner I bought, I can find out that the material is elastomer, seems porous, and it doesn’t work well for long-term use, is that right? 3. I used Astroglide gel lubricant for sex a long time ago. Will it go bad? I don’t think so, but I’d be sad if the new toy was ruined by the old lubricant. 4. Should I buy any type of water-based lubricant for these toys, it should be fine? 5. If I want to clean my Fleshlights, should I try to turn them inside out? Should I use hand soap or dish soap? The little sponge on the slippery sticky seems hard to use when cleaning, so would something like a tube brush be better? If there’s a better place/post to ask this, please let me know!
