Tips for pocket p

So I just bought myself a Mistress Pocket Masturbator and just wanted to get some advice. It feels great but I noticed I can’t use it in the box. I have to pull the whole thing out but when I do more than half of my penis sticks out the other side so I guess I was asking if anyone has had this problem or if it’s just supposed to be like this?
