Is this safe?

So, I have a silicone dildo and it is stained. I can’t show pictures right now but I will edit this post to get pictures when I can. But the clear dildo is stained a brownish orange from use. I washed it as best I could but nothing happened. Are some dildos just stained and there is no way to remove the stain? Is it still safe for anal? What about oral sex? (This would not be for vaginal use. Mainly because I don’t have a vagina-) Apologies in advance if this isn’t the correct label-
