Hi! I’ve owned this toy for less than a year. Today I was cleaning it like I always do and it started vibrating in my hand. Never happened before but I just said “ok maybe I touched some buttons” and then it happened 3 more times but I just said ok the same thing happened again. After cleaning it I wiped it dry and tried to turn it on but it froze. Totally unresponsive. What should I do? Did I break it while cleaning it? I’ve always cleaned it the same way though. What should I do? Thanks for your advice ;-; Edit: Turns out some water got in when I was cleaning it because the tip was broken. Is it broken?

Do you still have proof of purchase? (If not, you may be able to contact the shop you bought it from and see if they can pull that up in their system for you.)
Assuming you mean the Satisfyer Curvy 2+, all Satisfyer toys have a [15 year guarantee](https://www.satisfyer.com/ie/guarantee), and since that toy is marketed as IPX7 waterproof any water damage from cleaning it should be covered under the scope of the guarantee. So hopefully you can contact them to get a replacement.
