Wearable vibrator with remote control, quiet

Forgive me if I’m not using the correct terminology, but I’m looking for a vibrator that my wife can wear and that I can control remotely. We want to have fun in public and I can give her clitoris a nice jolt every once in a while to tease her. I’ve found a lot of things on Amazon that seem to fit the bill, but my wife is concerned that it’s too loud. Has anyone used a vibrator that’s quiet enough to use at a dinner party or in general public? Bonus points if it’s loud, too.
