10 Double Headed Dildo Reviews – Differentiating the Good from the Bad
2.6K
Double-ended dildo! Extra long sex toy, double the pleasure, double the fun.
However…
Not everything sold online (or in stores) is harmless, so I picked ten at random and took a closer look.
Side note: I focus primarily on materials, cost, and design — but some products have vibrations, so I take that into account as well. Then there’s the user experience and the quality and accuracy of the product description.
1. Double-ended dildo
This is a standard double-ended dildo. Nothing fancy, and it doesn’t need to be. However, I don’t like that they didn’t mention the material. They mention twice that it feels like a “real dick” and try to make a joke about “meeting in the middle,” but the only really helpful detail is the size.

I’m guessing it’s TPE/TPR rubber (most black toys this big are rubber because they’re cheaper to make). However, unless they change the description, I’d avoid it.
size: 18″ and 1.6″* (first measurement is length, second is diameter)
2. LOLLICOCK Sweet Slimming Stick

PVC is one of those materials you should stay away from. The problem is, unless you read articles about safe and unsafe sex toy materials, it’s easy to be fooled by things like “Ultra-premium reinforced PVC, body-safe, phthalate-free, top-quality material, blended in-house with a proprietary Bio-Skin blend, leading the way in sexual health”.
It’s a shame because I like the idea of the design – smaller on one end, larger on the other. It would be great for couples with different preferences for size, anal comfort vs vaginal comfort, etc. But it’s a shame that they joined the dark side.
size: 13 inches and 1.25 inches (small end) 1.75 inches (large end)
3. Vibrating double-headed dildo

Hmm. I’m torn about this toy. On the one hand, it’s silicone and it’s a patterned vibrator.
On the other hand, the images showing it “bending” make me very hesitant. It “flexes” like a bent garden hose. It makes me wonder if, apart from the vibrating internals, it’s actually hollow. Add to that the fact that it’s only “splashproof” and not waterproof, that it only runs on batteries and not rechargeable ones, and that it costs a whopping 75 Euros. It might “stay in place”, but my interest won’t. I think I’ll give up.
size: 14.5″ (6″ insertable) and 1.6″
4. BASIX rib

Another basic double-ended dildo made of rubber. The ribs look nice, but you still need to put a condom on it to keep it as clean as possible. Remember, you can use these models on their own, too.
size: 18.5” and 1.6”
5. Magenta curved double-headed dildo

Some people aren’t too keen on “anatomically correct” sex toys. If that’s your thing, this toy is perfect for you. Sure, you’ll have to sacrifice some length (which is okay), but you’ll get body-safe silicone and some serious G-spot curves. It’s also very affordable.
size: 10 inches and 1.35 inches (widest point)
6. Double-head vibrator

this Watched It’s fine – flexible, vibrating, and an eye-popping 20 inches. Then you realize it’s covered in jelly. No. No no no no. And, for those of you who don’t understand my temper tantrum, jelly is extremely toxic. It oozes oil (and eventually melts) and causes allergic reactions (or worse). Probably one of the worst sex toys you can put in your body.
size: Doesn’t matter, don’t buy it.
7. Realistic double-ended dildo

I initially gave a “thumbs up” to the material (apparently silicone) and was very happy to recommend the manageable size etc. But then I read the product details… and it said it was TPE (rubber). These are not the same at all, not at all.
This may be a mistake as mentioned in the article (as they repeatedly say it is silicone). Please learn from this lesson and read all the information carefully before buying. If you are unsure, please email them for clarification.
Side note: If you hold the toy over a flame, the silicone will not melt. It may char slightly or turn to ash, but the material will remain intact. If it melted, it would turn to rubber or jelly, etc.
size: 13” and N/A
8. DOC JOHNSON JR. Double Shield

Jell-O or Jello, whatever. Burn it. Burn it with fire!
9. Extra long double-ended

I’m hesitant to recommend anything from AliExpress that doesn’t have anything to say except the label word in the product name. Yes, it might be “silicone,” but I’d rather buy from a company with a simpler return policy.
size: 17.7” and 1.7”
10. FF vibration double pleasure

Over $100 for a dildo (even a vibrating one) feels a bit pricey. If I compare it to a strapless strap-on dildo I bought for less than $40 (including a remote, one cordless), adding a second end and a blindfold feels overpriced.
Not to mention, FF isn’t known for high quality sex toys. I just don’t think it will last long enough for you to get your money’s worth out of it. Who knows, I could be wrong, but I’d rather not take a risk at this price point.
size: 9.0 inches (4.5 inches can be inserted) and 2.0 inches
In my opinion, #7 and #5 are ultimately the “winners.” Although anything with TPE in it is fine as long as you wear a condom and it is not shared between you and/or your partner. I know there are a lot more to it, but at least now I hope you have a good idea of what to do.
