Condom Reviews – A Closer Look at 10 Condoms

Penis sleeves are an easy way to help increase the girth and length of your penis, add a little extra pleasure to the bedroom, or help dampen the sensation (if you want to last longer). But whatever your personal reasons for wanting to try one, there are a few things you should know first (particularly what products are on the market and how to spot a good design from a bad one)…

1. Materials – There is a lot more bad stuff out there than good stuff. Too much latex etc. If you can get silicone ones, that’s your best bet. There are also a bunch of TPE/TPR ones that are body safe but porous, which may influence your decision.

2. Suitable for – The material needs to be flexible or “flexible” enough to allow you to get into the sleeve, but snug enough to not slip off. If it’s a cock ring, you’ll want to pay attention to its diameter and how snug it is.

3. Vibrator – Don’t expect miracles from the bullets that come with any slide. They come in a dozen or so, designed to add a little extra excitement. If you want a good one, make sure the ring that holds the bullets can accommodate your preferred replacement.

I have selected ten examples from multiple distributors. Here are my first impressions…

Big Mamba

I like this and I don’t like this.

I like that it has a safety strap (for extra stability and to prevent slipping). It’s also a great length and girth without being elephantine. The articulation gives you a “peekaboo” feel, which may be exciting to some people.

My problem is that the harness is elastic and the sleeve is TPE.

The flexibility of the harness makes it great for a wide range of body types, but also makes it harder to secure (similar to a strap-on harness). Granted, I didn’t see what material it’s made of – it’s probably a firm elastic material. However, the toy is porous, so cleaning it could be a problem (especially if you’re into anal sex).

It’s also more expensive, but that’s more of a personal pro or con.

Feel the Reality Enhancer

As far as the sleeve goes, it’s pretty simple – a sheath with a cock ring to hold things in place. They also added a ring for adding a bullet vibrator (which also has some bumps on it for extra sensation). It looks like you can take it out and add your own, which is great.

The hole at the end allows the tip to breathe better, or (if you’re longer) allows you to slide it through and add some girth (I believe you can also trim the end for a better fit).

But it’s TPR rubber. Ugh. Well, I guess it’s better than the other stuff.

Induction sleeve

The Double Pack seems to be more about texture than length or girth. That’s fine — not everyone wants a drastic change. It’s more like a French stimulator. It can be worn over a dildo or vibrator, or worn over a partner. I think it’s thick enough to provide some desensitization (if that’s what you need).

Material – TPE rubber. Damn.

Colt Slugger

Sadly, this one is made of “pure leather” – anything that doesn’t tell you what it’s actually made of is a huge red flag in my book. Shame, I liked the “non-textured” option this case offers. This is a hard pass, in my opinion.

DUO CLIMAX-HER Clitoris

This product is very similar to the Simply Pleasure “enhancer” and even includes a trimmer and clitoral vibrator. However, instead of a bullet, this product has a remote control. Personally, I don’t like wired products, but I’m curious if the battery will extend the battery life.

Finally! Silicone! Awesome! If you think you might use it with multiple partners, this is a great choice. Another difference is that it is stronger (less stretchy) than TPE.

Cock Crusader

This is the same model we just looked at, but with a butt plug/hook, so it’s double the fun. Just make sure to use plenty of lube everywhere. Oh, and it’s silicone, so you don’t have to worry about cleaning it.

Magenta Double Vibrator

I like this product for three reasons. First, the material is body-safe. Second, it’s a different color than the standard light flesh or black. Third, it has holes on the side for both breathability and to allow for some sensation. The clitoral vibrator is also an added bonus.

This is probably one of the three sleeve designs I would most like to try.

Million Inch Extension

This product can boast all the girth and length it wants. It can use words like “super” or offer a hundred free lube samples. But at the end of the day, it’s still FantaFlesh—one of the last materials I want to touch. I’m definitely not buying this product.

Another TPE toy, but I wanted to include it because it has a unique ribbed structure (rather than the standard “cock texture”). It looks great, but as always, be mindful of the diameter of the cock ring, it may be uncomfortable or too tight for you.
