The new Tenga Puffy has fluff inside

I received a brand new, sealed Tenga Puffy but it has lint and other small debris on the insertion point and tip. Is it normal for these toys to have lint or debris when they leave the factory or did I receive a toy that was tampered with or used? Everything looked normal and the packaging was sealed but when I opened it I was surprised to find some small lint and other debris. Would you use it or discard it?
