Dealing with the Stringy Nature of X-Lube

For those who have experience using X-Lube or other powder ‘mix your own’ lubricants I’m sure you have experienced the stringy nature of these lubes. I’ve considered adding an emulsifier, like Polysorbate 80, to help reduce the stringy nature without spoiling the excellent lubricating qualities of these lubes. Polysorbate 80 is used foods, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals so not concerned about safety of this product.

Anyone have experience with X-Lube and use of an emulsifier?
