Looking for a certain type of Vibrator. One with a Vibrating…

Hey Yall.

I’ve been on the interent recently looking at old NSFW media from abroad and I kept seeing this type of vibrator that is used all the time.

Its got a little pill shaped vibrator and then a long wire connected to some kind of remote but when I go and look online for one… I can’t find one anywhere!

Does anyone have any ideas as to what the vibrator type is called or where I could get one?
