ISO Male toy – quiet suction with cum holding ability?

I’m looking for a quiet suction toy that’s closed ended and can hold my cum in it until I can empty it. I bought one of these suction ones off Amazon and once you cum inside it, the cum starts shooting out the suction outlet hole. It destroyed the toy and sucks having cum hydraulically shot out the back of the toy onto your walls. It suggested filling it with warm water so I thought I could cum in it. Guess not. I’d like it to be small if possible.
