Looking for a good thrusting vibrator

Hey, I really want to buy a good thrusting vibrator but I don’t want to buy on Amazon.
I want a natural looking one with balls and a suction cup for walls etc… I want thrusting, vibrating and heating is optional. It has to be made out of safe silicon and the more natural looking the better!!
