Is peepshow toys a scam?

I did some searching before purchase and it seemed legit. But I purchased an item in April. After four weeks, I reached out because I had not received any updates about the package. I was told that my order had been flagged because my zip code was wrong. I again looked into if peepshow was legit before reaching back out and confirming the order was correct. They said it would be sent out immediately. Two weeks later, I again check and no updates on the order past “order received” on the website. So I sent another email and they said that the update had been lost because it was a Friday but that they would send it out immediately….again. It just seems suspicious to me. Am I ever going to receive this thing or was I just screwed?
