The core signs and symptoms of sex and porn addiction are the same regardless of age, race, gender, social history, and psychological underpinnings. For starters, nearly all sex and porn addicts are excessively preoccupied with sex. We obsess about it. We spend hours, sometimes even days, fantasizing about it, planning for it, pursuing it, and engaging in it. The majority of our decisions revolve around it, including what we wear, which gym we go to, the cars we drive, and perhaps even the career path we choose.
