For me, slowing down in the winter means saying no to social activities, which I’m not really comfortable with. It means doing some light stretching or yoga, not hiking up a mountain. Yin energy is all about the feminine, and going deep into it heals the feminine parts of me that I may have neglected in the fast-paced masculine energy.
